What things can one do to stay healthy?
Good health is something when one is happy- physically, mentally and spiritually.It includes eating the right food, exercising and doing all the things which makes us feel good and positive.
The following maybe a few things that one should probably add on to their daily routine to stay healthy.
- Exercise regularly and religiously.
- Maintain a good diet and drink plenty of water.
- Take adequate amount of rest.Make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
- Indulge in activities that bring you happiness.
- Learn to manage stress levels. Practice meditation to stay focused,calm and relaxed.
- Have a good circle of friends. Maintain healthy relationships with people around you.Make sure your innermost circle includes only the people who truly value you.
- Learn to live in the moment and appreciate the beauty of life that we have all been bestowed with.
