Resolutions 2019

In a few days 2018 comes to an end and we all would be transitioning to 2019, a new year that comes with a whole new dreams, a whole new set of expectations.

As we get around welcoming the new year, celebrate and begin to slowly settle into it, it whizzes past and another year slides through, unnoticed, more of what seems like a blink of an eye. Days feel shorter for the insurmountable number of tasks day in and day out, life surely has gotten really fast these days.

Many people set goals and resolutions as the new year approaches, expecting to achieve them in the forthcoming year. Most of the times, this enthusiasm and vigour to accomplish things stays put, for a few days. But as the days progress, the excitement evaporates and the resolutions fade away, blending along the routine, finally ending up being forgotten.

How to avoid this? The simplest answer to this being- one can revisit the past year, analyse and assess what’s been done, how satisfying the year was, how many resolutions was it possible to stick by and how many are yet to be fulfilled. The incomplete resolutions can be picked, with a few new add ons, setting them as targets for the approaching year.

Short term goals always are the best way for staying motivated. One never gets pressurised in the process but rather is able to focus on achieving the objectives targeted.

By setting realistic targets, continuous efforts, a reasonable time frame and reviewing the progress at intervals, it is possible to attain what the person has set his mind on!

As per Vedas,Focus on things that are doable and just do it.the entire universe will work with us.it’s not about how much skill we possess; it’s about how much power we are backed up by. It is the faith that we have in our own self. Thanks Nikitasha !! Wishing you a Life Full of Peace, Success and Happiness!!
