What to do when you are feeling lost and lonely?

This usually happens quite a lot with everyone, especially when our expectations are set very high and we haven’t been able to achieve what we had expected to, when someone close just lets us go or is not giving us importance as much as before, and few other things on the similar lines.

Usually Career, Education related goals and Relationship issues cause the biggest setbacks in a person.

We all feel lost and directionless at times. That is when we need a break, a change from the busy routine in order to be able to set new targets and get our mind to refocus.
We can get around doing something that soothes and opens up our minds, so that we can get back recharged and rejuvenated. It could be something like, taking a day off from work, treating our self with good food, a good book, soothing music turned up loud, clearing and organizing our stuff, a day out shopping or even a small vacation with our loved ones.Taking time to plan out things, will help us in understanding what are the things that we want at the moment.

Set short term and long term goals and start taking little steps towards achieving them. Find out the things that you love to do, discover things you are passionate about, socialize more. All these, can help us stay motivated and at the same time help us look forward to each new day with a renewed enthusiasm.

When it comes to relationships, its better never to get attached to people, because getting close sets in expectations which again results in dejection and unhappiness when something doesn’t quite go the way you expected it to. As they say- “People come and people go, the best will stay “. People come into our lives for a reason, most of them walk away once the purpose is served.

Be a giver, spread happiness. Stay happy, and always be bubbling with positive energy. Positivity has the power of attracting good things and good company.

Why worry about whats to come ,rather be happy with what we have.
Life isn’t as complicated as we perceive it to be. Reduce the clutter and embrace a life of simplicity.
