What should one do, if angry?

I close my eyes. I breathe. I seal my lips shut . I walk out, before my words can cause any damage.

I try and hold back my anger as much as possible,until my nerves calm down .This has always been my only mantra and it works most of the time. Once my frame of mind is better,I make an effort to analyze the situation from a different perspective. I try and look for a solution which could cause the problem to be resolved in a much peaceful manner.

Calm mind. A Sensible discussion. A Wiser solution.
