I needed this so much. I’ve reset the self-imposed deadline for my book proposal to be submitted at least six times this year. You affirmed what I was already thinking … that maybe what I thought I wanted with my writing isn’t true for me. If it becomes a burden or just another “job”, then what’s the point? Thank you for this. I’m giving myself permission to adjust my writing goals.
