I have never disliked a cosmetic product more than the “miracle balm”….I used a very small amount, allowed it to settle and it was the stickiest mess…my hair would blow into it and stick on my face. So I contacted the company only be told that I obviously used too much. Sorry, not the case. Your product is a disaster. Based upon my experience and I didn’t dare try any others.

I literally had products in my cart at Jones Road and saw one comment so I went searching and now I’m glad I did. You just saved me from spending money I don’t have on something that might not be oh-so-great

In reply to Anonymous User. Hi! Thanks so much for reading and reaching out — I think if you're looking for more coverage you should try The Face Pencil with the foundation. I don't think the foundation is super buildable on its own, but it is extremely moisturizing! As for SPF, I always do that first, after skincare and before makeup. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your thorough and honest review and updates of these products. Jones Road keeps appearing on my FB and I’m tempted to try them. I’m a minimalist and only wear tinted moisturizer with SPF to even out my skin tone and also because I hate how foundations and even highly rated CC creams accentuates fine lines and wrinkles. However, I’m looking for something with a little more coverage due to sunspots. Do you think WTF foundation would give me more coverage than tinted moisturizers would? And since this foundation does not contain SPF, should I put on a SPF cream after or before this foundation? Many thanks!

In reply to Anonymous User. Hi! The mascara is NOT for everyone, I think that's true! I weirdly love mascara that many consider clumpy — in fact, every Bobbi Brown mascara has usually fallen in this category. I think it does take a really specific sort of application that is unfortunately kind of hard to describe, but once achieved, it's just big ol' movie star lashes that do not smudge. Thanks for sharing, and I'm sorry it didn't work out for you!

In reply to Sarah. Hi Sarah! At the time of this writing, the brand was developing an SPF that wasn't ready in time for the review. I haven't tried it yet, but I personally use either the Well People Daygleamer sunscreen (which our editor Kate reviewed!), or the Kosas tinted sunscreen. Hope this helps!
